Do you offer refunds/exchanges?

Yes, we are happy to offer refunds if notified within 14 days of receiving your items. Please refer to our full returns policy here. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to request a refund and then re-order the item that you require. Due to high demand on many of our garments, we advise that you re-purchase your preferred item to ensure availability. You can then send the original back for a refund. We cannot guarantee that the requested stock will still be available by the time we process your return.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping notification via email containing an Australia Post tracking number. Occasionally the email may be delivered to your spam/junk folder, so please check there. If you cannot locate your tracking information, please email us via our Contact Us page.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We may be able to change or cancel your order provided that you notify us via email within 2 hours of placing it and before the order is dispatched from our warehouse. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to wait to receive it and then request a refund. All returned items must comply with our Return Policy. If your order is cancelled by us, you will be immediately refunded via email confirmation. Orders placed during busy sale or promo periods cannot be cancelled once placed.

What to do if my item is faulty?

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us ASAP via email at hello@saltandsodadesign.com.au with your order number, a photo, and a description of the fault. We will assess the issue and either arrange a replacement or a refund. We will cover the return postage costs for faulty items.

What if I received the wrong item?

If you have received an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt via email at hello@saltandsodadesign.com.au with your order number and details of the mistake. We’ll rectify the issue as quickly as possible and cover the return postage costs for the incorrect item.

How do I know what size to order?

To select the best size, please refer to our Size Guide for body measurements. You can also check the garment measurements tab on each product page to find your ideal fit.

How much does it cost to ship an order?

We offer FREE standard shipping on all Australian domestic orders over $150. Standard shipping is a $10 flat rate, while Express Post is $15. International shipping costs vary based on weight and location and are automatically added at checkout.

How long will it take to get my orders?

We process all orders within 1-3 working days. Delivery times vary according to your location and the selected shipping method. Please refer to our Shipping & Deliveries page for more information.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship worldwide via the Australia Post network. Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes and customs duties, which are the customer's responsibility. Product details:
- 2mm acrylic back with 2mm attached raised name + soft cotton rope.
- Colours and speckle patterns are hand painted with 2 coats of acrylic paint + a clear coat. (Please expect a 'painted' brush look when held up to the light.)
- Patterns, except speckles, are UV printed.
- UV printed text design. (All colours except white will feature white text. White will feature tan.)

Plaque: 140 x 153.5mm
String: Approx 220mm in length.

Care instructions:
Clean gently with a microfibre cloth & avoid moisture. Please do not allow your child to put this product in their mouths. While the paints are waterbased and coated and the ink is cured with UV light, it is best to err on the side of caution. This product is not a toy and is intended for photography and decor purposes only. Please always supervise your child with this product as there is a risk of strangulation from the string if left unattended.
