All Salt & Pine Store products are made to order. Our current turnaround time is 10 business days, plus shipping. Some items like photo ornaments or custom plaques may take up to 2 weeks to dispatch.

Our keepsakes are made from acrylic, wood ply, and UV-cured inks. Each item is hand-painted or printed, sealed, and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Can I return a personalised product?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for personalised items unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Are your products safe for children?

Our products are intended as keepsakes or photo props and are not toys. Please always supervise children and avoid allowing them to put the items in their mouths.

We recommend wiping products gently with a microfibre cloth. Avoid moisture, heat, or exposure to direct sunlight to prevent damage or fading.

- 2mm layered acrylic
- Colours, glitters and speckle patterns are hand painted with 2 coats of acrylic paint + a clear coat. (Please expect a 'painted' brush look when held up to the light.)
- Patterns, except speckles, are UV printed.
- UV printed text design. (All colours except white will feature white text. White will feature tan.)

Care instructions:
Clean gently with a microfibre cloth & avoid moisture. Please be mindful to display somewhere out of the elements. Please do not allow your child to put this product in their mouths. While the ink is cured with UV light, it is best to err on the side of caution. This product is not a toy. Please always supervise your child with this item.
